01. Contact Our Support
Reach out to us via support@hobbysports.us within 30 days of your bike delivery. Please include your specific order details and why you wish to return it.
02. Get Your Return Documents
Our team will evaluate your case and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with specific packaging labels and the official address for our warehouse facility.
03. Secure Packing
Items must remain brand new, unbuilt, and in all original crating. Please pack carefully to ensure no components are broken during the shipping back.
04. Send It Back
Use a registered carrier to ship your return. Email us the tracking information immediately so we can track the arrival at our St. Petersburg headquarters.
05. Quality Check Done
Once we verify the bike's condition, we will issue a credit to your original card. This usually appears on your statement in 5 to 10 days.
